Quinn's Room!

Quinn's room is nearly complete! We're just missing one integral piece, Quinn!

It has been so fun for me to watch Pat transform this room. We are both quite excited with how it has turned out. As you can see, we are working with a small space, and I think we have definitely maximized every square inch.

Here is a shot of the mural Pat painted on the crib wall. It is difficult to tell, but the style of the tree matches the bedding. To the right you can partially see my one contribution, the green picture board (however, Pat did end up helping with that as well so I really can't take much credit).

Inside the crib!

Here is the swing that Grandma Cathy bought for Quinn. We hope he loves it!

The changing table is set and ready for use! We'll see how long I keep each burp cloth, towel, and blanket neatly folded for display purposes.

Our newest addition is this simple art that Pat created for the bed wall (opposite the crib). The original plan was to use these frames for Quinn pictures as soon as he's here; however, I'm loving this so much I think we might find other places for our Quinn pictures. We'll see!

Pat and I really wanted to keep the guest bed that we invested in a few years ago for our guests. So, if you want to come visit, just let us know! Quinn will be in our room for the first few months and so the room will be available for use.

  1. That is the cutest nursery ever! I love it.
That is so neat how your husband painted the mural. How artsy!
Sarah H. from our student teaching class is pregnant too. Can you believe all the babies we are having!
