Denver Zoo
Ben wasn't so sure about me. I was determined to win his heart though. I wouldn't say I was successful, but we made progress.
Snacks, the key to all of these childrens' hearts.
Kira loved seeing the animals.
Jamie and I are so close that I feel like I know her kids as if they are my own. Unfortunately, our kids don't have the opportunity to know each other well since too many states separate us. They got along better than I could have dreamt possible. It was the icing on the cake for this trip.
Breakfast buddiesQuinn and Max. Oh these two, I just love them! Their personalities are so different that we weren't sure how they'd do together. They were the cutest little buddies.
I just love this little series of photos of the kids together.
*All photo credit goes to Jamie, who happened to start a photography business last summer. As a good friend, I graciously volunteered our family for a photo shoot. Aren't I thoughtful? ;) I just love the photos that Jamie captured of our kids and family. It was a priceless gift. To see a few of our favorites, go here.
Thanks for an unforgettable weekend, Lincoln family! We can't wait to do it again!
It's so neat you keep in such good communication with her even though your states apart! What a great example of friendship! Looks like a fun trip and those are the cutest 4 kids ever!
